Less than 2 hours ago, word came down that Microsoft execs met with Yahoo's Board - and offered them $31 per share. For those of you keeping the math - currently, Yahoo is trading athttp://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif $28.5, and an offer of $31 puts the deal at about $44.6 Billion dollars.
Yahoo's profit in 2007 declined to "only" 206 million.... yea
